The culture of firing all of the knowledgeable people and having them train their less expensive oversees replacements cuts into morale as well as the bottom line. There was an overall feeling of lack of confidence in executive management. It appears that they are grooming the company to be sold in whole or in part rather than really being in it for the long haul. IT needs a major overhaul. I saw some progress on some issues but we kept going back to the same problems over and over.
