Pros
Good culture, inclusive, and respectful. The focus often went to high value customers, and products which is good if you are in the spotlight.
Cons
Management has zero time for engagement or mentorship. Management flips on issues and makes promises that are difficult for teams to deliver. Products and customers that are not marquee feel left out and undervalued even though they provide significant ARR as a group.
