More miserable than ever - Account Executive Finastra Employee Review

Lack of proper direction from the very top. Looking to squeeze the employees as well as clients to the maximum (classic private equity mentality!) Never ending changes in the organization Lip service to being customer centric The only thing the company cares about is sales. Implementation, product development, R&D, support - these are things no one in the management cares about. If I was a potential client, I would not touch Finastra by a 100 yard pole!
