Toxic, Narcissitic Leadership, Awful - Anonymous employee Finastra Employee Review

One of the worst places I've ever worked, Characterised by incredibly toxic and incompetent leadership which even when there are many known complaints against people the company do nothing. Its shown they care only about the profit for the PE owners and will allow horrible behaviour to continue. Avoid at all costs. Also more than likely will be broken up as soon as they can con someone to buy it. Poor products with very little investment over many years lead to a mass exodus of customers where the customers are able to extricate themselves. Just terrible all round!
