      Free wheeling. Nice shop. Floor employees good and helpful.

      Cons

      Ownership has a lack of interest in success. Only interested in tax writeoff and some place to go during the day. Everything based on who you drink with.

      Pros

      Great bosses and coworkers. Management was easy to talk to, and the working conditions were top notch. I’d still work there if it wasn’t for the 2-2-3 scheduled. Pays great too.

      Cons

      None that I can think of beyond the 2-2-3 scheduled.
