Pros
Great oppurtunity to learn in a fast paced environment to sell and be successful. Learned how to Train and Hire Great Employees.
Cons
Provide longer tendered employees better opportunity to grow within company. Company doesn't promote from within as much as it should. Seemed to only care about your sales ratio when determining decisions as far as promotions are concerned. Commission structure was awful at the time.
