Good for starters in the job field - Assistant Manager Finish Line Employee Review

Highlight of any retail job would have to be the employees that you work with and this applies the same for FinishLine in the years that I worked there. Very flexible with schedules yet very limited with handing out hours, as always it will always reflect the performance of last year's numbers. It started off with base + commissions for assistant manager but in my last year the top dogs implemented bonuses, which is a blessing and a curse. A curse of course if you work at a store that have normally poor traffic and conversion of sales.
