Pros
The discount was nice it's 30% off of all merchandise including clearance. That's probably the only pro of working for this company.
Cons
Upper management is horrendous. Work life balance is absolutely non existent once you're in a management role. I never saw a weekend off in almost 2 years. The pay is minimum wage and the commission structure is also pretty poor. 1% on shoes, 3% on clothing, 5% on accessories which is why they push insoles, cleaner, and socks so hard.
