      Pros

      Great experience to constantly meet new people, great fast-pace envirionment, commission-based retail store. Great work environment. Retail athletic store with great people. We can wear jeans and a t-shirt to work no three-piece suit or having to look like the guys in stripes at the other store.

      Cons

      Customers can get mad during holiday hours but that is to be expected in any retail environment
