Dont it! - Manager In Training Finish Line Employee Review

Salary is basically at the poverty line for a manager. Training was horrible. Almost on a weekly bases we had to explain to our bosses why sales was down in certain departments when we didn't half the product in that department than the year before. The company is EXTREMELY reactive and not proactive. They will literally make you think it is your fault and you are not working hard enough and that is the reason why your store is failing. When 80%+ of the stores in the company are not hitting sales goals.
