You do get a solid discount on everything in the store which is great Opportunity to advance in your career Decent commission structure
Cons
The environment is very product pushy you’re constantly pushing product and upselling as much as you can and management will come down on you if you don’t meet their expectations every time The hourly pay isn’t great but commission helps It’s also very political if they don’t like you they make sure you know it by sticking you with jobs off the sales floor It’s more about selling the most amount of stuff then what the customer actually wants
