      Pros

      Discount on sneakers, 1st pick at New Arrivals, decent benefits. Ability to build your sales team.

      Cons

      Long hours as salary manager. They will find any reason to get a 6 day work week out of you. The minimum 44 hours for a salary GM is laughable. You will work 50-60 most weeks, Most of upper Management has no Field experience.
