Pros
Good culture Good focus on growing your career in my leadership structure Good benefits with respect to the onsite gym, onsite health clinic (free check-ups and free prescriptions), onsite physical therapist (free), onsite health coach (free) The annual bonuses (for eligible employees) are amazing
Cons
Benefits outside of the ones listed in the 'Pros' are mediocre. Health and retirement is not great, but not terrible either. I came from a company that was paying out $.33/dollar up to 15% of my paycheck, so this incentivized employees to actually do the 15% into 401k that financial advisors recommend Discounts on store merchandise is surprisingly low
