Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a great family feel and the managers generally stick up for each other. The training that they give on the products is unlike anywhere else I have ever seen and you can take it into any aspect outside of work.
Cons
The company places a lot of responsibility on to its management team with out adding much help and there is little consistency outside of the core processes. There are a lot of "new and improved" ways to run the shop but never enough money to help you do it or to support those "new and improved" ways. Zero work/life balance
