      Fast paced and energetic environment. Great product and great service values. Opportunities to advance. Bonus based on performance. You get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Senior management has cut labor and cost to the bone. There's not enough support available to complete all that's required. You'll have to be talented and hard working to be successful.
