Pros
Previous pros of working there were the workers. Coming to work and seeing the 'employees' I worked with every day improved my work experience significantly.
Cons
-Lack of Leadership Responsibility.- Unable to control their emotions; which effect employees work. Arriving late and then pointing the finger at everyone else's tardiness rather than their own. {Never lead by example} - Employees who were late starting in November due to weather received written warnings and/or talks of Pressure of releasing from work from the manager. It is now March. Why would Manager suddenly prioritize matters and act now in response to an event they participated in four months ago?? Sometimes Manager wouldn't bother showing up at all without announcing PTO in advance; letting the assistant manager handle things blindly . -Misuse of Power- The manager would enter the workplace with a bad attitude and immediately begin to intimidate the staff. It would have an impact on the entire workplace, and occasionally how employees work with and treat customers. 1000/1000 Most stressful job. Not from the customers but from the leading staff in general. +Plus Being treated unfairly.+ There is absolutely NO moving up in the company. They do not care about their own employees and much less of taking responsibility for their own actions. They don't keep employees long unless you basically kiss their. Reasons why you wont see the same workers from a month or two ago within the business'. They Thrive off of you and nothing more. -Work Hours- There is no structure to the hours. It's chaos. You would anticipate working a full week, but you only have to work one day. -Work Assumptions & Fairness- Instead of letting both parties speak on a number of accusations. The Leading Managers would be proven right without the correct precautions. Your character will be assassinated before you get a chance to speak.
