Pros
The people I work with are amazing and helpful, our store is very organized and always in the best shape possible. We may work late hours, but it pays off in the end. Not just with a paycheck, but you get to bond with your coworkers. My managers are absolutely the best people I've EVER worked for and it is the straight 100% truth. I've worked for some terrible people before and I've never been excited about work. The days are long, but are worth it in the end. You also get a one-on-one time with customers and can really build a relationship with them. At the end of the night, I value the customer's I've made happy over making sales.
Cons
Some customers can be very disrespectful, that's about it!
