Pros
laid back. not hard job at all. it is worth it during the busy seasons because of the commission. no drug test unless it is for management for my store at least.
Cons
pay is horrible unless its during the busy season. no such thing as full time unless youre a manger. DMs tend to blame the store when finishline is losing miney because it is losing foot traffic as a whole company.
