You get to talk to runners all day! Flexible schedule! You get an amazing discount on store products and can use that discount to buy for your family.
Cons
VERY SLOW PACE. The company's actions make it seem that it wants no part of working with (or giving back to) the community. There is zero bonus structure and limited financial incentives to sell (no commission). There is little room for growth within the company.
