Pros
A developers can learn...but for few months..after that he wl get bored...many projects are there....every one works in multiple project which is gud for a new guy who is Hungary to learn...few positive things are there like.... 1. If you r a fresher...go nd work there..this is one of good company at this level. 2. If you r a hard worker nd assured them that u will be stable there...definitely will get a good appraisal..
Cons
Lots of negative points are there in management. 1. Strict for office timings, salary will deducted if u come late. No relaxation. It dies not matter how many hour u worked on last night. 2. No appreciation for extra work, if u come on weekends,, don't ask for money. 3. Very low thinking guys are there,,no interaction between male nd female employees. 4. HR team is poor....a worst one. 5. There is a guy in directors team...mukesh...who always speak in us accent in front of girls nd guys who come for interview.. But everyone knows he don't know how to talk with elders nd younger ....Mr. Bhupender is a nice guy...I must say. 6. Finoit must change interview question for testing profile.. Which is generally conducted by above said Mr. Mukesh.. Knows only 2 question...although I was from android team but some friends were there who told me about this comedy. 7. Don't know why employees afraid of manager...let's not stand on seat.. Manager will see..let's not talk..manager will. 8. Nontechnical managers are there except one lady who is really nice.
