Pros

If you are going for knowledge, this is a good place to work. You will be dealing with multiple projects. You don't have to put butter on your managers. Kind of work you're doing is what actually matters to the company. Form scratch to the delivery the project is all yours everything has to be done by you. So there would be lot more learning in this process.

Cons

Lot of cons as well: 1. Workload 2. No work life balance, they will ask you to stay whole night in the company, if the release is planned for the next day. 3. No appreciations. 4. Lot of problems in the infra. 5. Don't expect good hikes.

Hello there and thanks for your review and feedback. We have taken the Cons mentioned by you as constructive feedback and will address them, however, can you please elaborate on following- 1. When have we ever asked any team to stay the whole night? Can you please quote an example. Minor delays aside, teams are asked to leave on time and do not stick around for late. Further, non work days work has always been rewarded as OT. 2. Can you please share the problems you faced in infra so that we can work on improvement of same. 3. Re hikes, we are not sure what role you were in but even the average performed at Finoit come under 15-25% raise and exceptional performers happen to get even 40-50% hike. Please give example of less hike if observed. Thank you for your feedback again.

Pros

Some team members were supportive. Exposure to real work initially.

Cons

Management lacks empathy and professionalism. Employees are not treated with respect, especially during exit. Notice period expectations were unreasonable, with extended working hours. No consideration given for employees preparing for future opportunities. Work-life balance is poor and expectations are often unclear.
