8yThanks for your review. We would like to understand which profile according to you is poorly paid at Finoit. Experienced hires are paid at par with industry standard and freshers joining the organization have been attaining package of 5.5Lakhs/Annum+ within 2 years of completion of the organization.
Re reputation, we are not certain what are your expectations are and whether you are talking about reputations amongst prospect employees or industry, but employees joining other organizations from Finoit have always been kept in high regard by their next employer and Finoit is respected for its quality of work.
If you have come across any specific incidence which reflects poor pay or poor reputation then please elaborate the same and we will help to provide a logical explanation of same and will try to improve.
