- No political environment. - Lots of Quality developers, and having numbers of developers working here for more than 4+ years. - Wonderful work culture, Company having lots of projects which are running for long time. - Only mid or large level projects are there, no small projects. - Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help.

Cons

- Needs to improve company infrastructure. - Company should provide health insurance. - There is absolutely no place for lazy developers :).
