Developers are monitored like daily wage labour. Developers system screen recording, mouse, keyboard time tracking through timer. If there will be no activity even for 2 minutes the timer get stopped automatically. Takes screenshots every minutes to track what you are doing. Tracks apps, webpages details with time spent over it.

Hi there, I’m sorry for your experience with the timesheet management process. Was equally frustrating for us to implement this and we tried to avoid this as long as possible but had to implement it finally due to constant customer insistence and for compliance reasons. Customers wanted a more transparent timesheet and time tracking process and thus we were left with no choice. We are eagerly waiting to return to the office so that our normal process can commence again.
