Pros

As mentioned, colleagues (or teammates, this word actually fits better) are great - always ready to help and explain in beginning when you don't know much about product, atmosphere is friendly and productive, it's easy to grow as a specialist working in team like this. Hardware is given factory new and for free, no strings (like preinstalled tracking software) attached. Product I am working on is useful and interesting, from both development and user sides.

Cons

I tried to find them but for now it's really hard, this is the best place I am working (at least, for now). The only con is that connection to working resources is sometimes unstable, but I think it's not company's issue, we tried to fix it and found out trouble is not on their side.

Cons

Company processes are not settled yet, and are changing from time to time, it is more relevant to managment layer i guess. Anyway, it is not a big deal for me, because im a part of a squad that is quite stable.

Working hours and informal working culture.

Cons

No growth. Literally the career is going backwards. Would throw stones at this company. Regret to have joined here.
