Pros
I was genuinely surprised by the negative comments, as they did not reflect my experience at all. The CEO is hardworking and approachable, and the entire C-level team are true professionals and great people to work with. The company has a strong culture and is a genuinely good place to work. Remote work and a flexible schedule are fully supported, what matters most is the quality of your work and delivery. Overall, I have nothing negative to say.
Cons
The learning curve can be quite steep, depending on your background and onboarding experience. With remote work in particular, structured performance reviews and access to technical or product-focused training would be very beneficial. This is an industry where a deep understanding of the product is essential, so additional learning resources/courses/trainings could be a strong value-add for employees.
