Pros
I started here with limited skills and qualifications. Many years later, I have grown more than I believe I could have if I had not joined this team. There's a lot of opportunity for advancement for employees who apply themselves and contribute to the company's mission. Benefits are great. Vacation policy is of almost European-level generosity. Unlimited sick days. Everyone gets to work from home. No time wasted commuting daily. Equipment provided to employees is better than average companies' offerings.
Cons
This is a fast-paced company where priorities often compete. It can be stressful if you're not good at shifting gears when needed. They expect everyone's A-game. You'll be challenged to rise above and beyond the bare minimum. You won't enjoy yourself if you just want a job where all you have to do is show up to work each day. You'll need to maintain a strong work/life balance, rather than letting A-game work goals keep you from living your A-game life as well. This is easy for some and tough for others, depending on the person.
