Lots of autonomy. 100% remote company with tons of flexibility in terms of scheduling and processes. (This could also be a con if you're not a self-starter and just want a checklist of tasks/tickets or are someone who craves face-to-face interaction.)
Company culture is incredibly progressive. This is the only company I've worked for that paid more than just lip service to work life balance. It is super important and enforced from the top down. Benefits package is crazy good.
They really care about doing right by their customers and employees. It is a very ethical place to work. Also an interesting place to work. Tackling big scaling problems with software going to market with tons of potential if executed well. They also value UX and design, if that's your thing.
Great sales/service/financial leadership on the executive team.
Cons
It is a small privately owned company. CEO runs the place on her terms for better or worse. If you share her outlook and politics: great. If not: move along. These are words she'll tell you herself.
Has the planning and organization issues you'd expect of a sales driven shop building software. Can get too caught up on process. Not enough engineers/product people on the executive team for a software company. Opacity of management's hiring and firing decisions can be frustrating. Lack of stability in team structures can take a heavy toll in engineering.
