Business Outlook
Pros
The technology is outstanding, making it easy to sell. Compensation is great, especially for those over 100% of quota.
Cons
Middle management is self-centered and does not effectively fight the internal battles needed to move deals to a close. They spend a good portion of their time playing games with their Account Managers. It's a shame, because the company has not hit its revenue targets for several quarters and the Director-Level managers are responsible.
