Great company with weak management - Anonymous employee FireEye Employee Review

Not so great people to work for. Specifically, there is little vision on the part of management and little effort to improve. Good enough is good enough. Little opportunity for advancement (other than meaningless title extensions). The best way to get a promotion or a significant raise is to find a job elsewhere.
