Pros
Great technology. Corporate Office seems like a different culture and company far, far away from me. The culture that I had wanted to be a part of. Very talented engineering organization.
Cons
Health care benefits for non-CA employees are the worst I have ever had at any other company including startups that were significantly smaller in terms of number of employees and revenue. Poaching accounts, unethical behavior, and preferential treatment from management seems to be highly encouraged in my region.
