-Disjointed and out of touch leadership team -Middle management is largely comprised of folks based globally with no leadership ability to manage a distant team or employee. -HR is a joke and does not support employees but are more concerned about controlling the narrative for their own benefit. -Entry level employees can’t get the support they need due to the fact middle management is too busy attempting to look good to senior leadership. -Awful and toxic place to work.
