Ruthless and not understanding of employees with families and obligations such as doctors appointments, or unexpected trips to get the kid from daycare because she was ill. The number of occurrences is endless. Comments after comments little jabs, digs teasing. Both of the leaders in my chain are single white middle aged males who have never been married. Have no idea of a world outside of their egos.
