Pros
Great people, very supportive atmosphere, no-one backstabs you. Everyone is honest and transparent. Support for innovation and creative thinking. No passive-agressive micromanagers (although I guess it depends on the team...), creative freedom during projects, moderately diverse environment (a lot more men than women in engineering). Development in C and Java, mostly. Free lunches, great benefits, a lot of leaning opportunities. Stock options, snacks, coffee, etc.
Cons
People are mostly 30+ years old, so if you are looking for a younger crowd, you probably want to try something else. Company is big, and some of the technologies they use are kind of obsolete (ancient Cent OS distribution on all machine). A lot of changes are happening lately, and stock values slowly dropping down.
