      There's overtime availability but you have to be a senior employee to get it.

      The poor leadership, the lack of willingness to share information to perform your duties effectively, foul language from management and micromanaging

      Was there 3 years, worked with engineers, learned a lot. The engineers teach you things and it was a good experience

      Cons

      Let's just stick with pros for now. The only thing was micromanaging. If they let that go it would be better.
