our location had no inspections in 5 years on our lifts, was completely trashed. somehow the maintenance tech would clean and next day absolutely trashed again. management refuses to order supplies we need (tire patches, paste, tpms, absorbent pads, OIL) the team was complete chaos, no communication, wrong parts ordered and lazy service writers. Service manager zones into football during busy sundays and never quotes tickets up. Store manager claims it’s not their job to tell teammates when their schedule changes. Store manager got reported for touching the maintenance tech inappropriately, then proceeded to complain HR wouldn’t let him fire the tech. also creepy towards any female customer. they don’t bring business. we have mouths to feed as well!!!
