The salary is approx. 55,000 per year. The bonus program allows you to make an average of 87,000 a year and sometimes more than that at larger locations.
Cons
You work approximately 60 hours a week. It is impossible to run your store and complete all of your duties correctly. You are responsible for scheduling, payroll, hiring and firing, sales, customer service scores, ect. It is near impossible to take a lunch break. I worked 5 12 hour shifts per week. Even on my days off, I had to work from home often, to catch up. If you have a family, I do not recommend this company. I was told by the instructor at our store manager training class that 70% of store managers do not make it past 2 years. The company is well aware of this. I have seen nothing done about it.
