Pros
Decent wages compared to other companies around. You work with some really amazing people and in Utah where I was that was a lot. Because people only last about a year before they realize this isn't worth it. The company at a higher level and it different fields (not the retail service stores) seem like way better positions to work in.
Cons
You are constantly told you are the worst store in the nation. Even when you improve over last years they still think you should be better. They force their agendas down your throat and its always changing. I called it the flavor of the month. I worked for the company for several years and I went through dozens of managers and as a manager its expected for you to work 45-80 hours a week but as an hourly they won't let you get over 40 hours in Utah because they want to maximize their profits. But they will still continue to expect the same things from you. Which is a LOT! Imagine being the buisness owner of a automotive repair shop. You do all the paperwork, payroll, hiring firing, customer service, sales, vendor statements , etc. But you get none of the benefits. And if you promote you go salary and end up working more hours...for no extra pay and yet you get all the brunt force of upper management. The only way I would recommend this company is if you are just starting out and need experience, free training and you need to beef up your resume.
