Pros
FIrestone Complete Auto Care is a company of chance and luck. If by chance you get placed in a preforming store then by luck you can move up with the company. However, the best thing about working for the company is some of the people you work with. But then again that could be said about any company.
Cons
Being fairly optimistic I didn't see many cons, at first. However, after being with the company through three advancements in my career, I now see the joke that it really is. Upon hire you will be dazzled by incomes you can achieve and competitive wages. However, the income you can achieve is accurate, but you have to be at the right store and at the right time and in the right position. Not every store is a super store. Most the tech gripe about the pay, then again it is "flatrape" as another poster posted. Your general sales associate comes in at low wages and is expected to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. Don't even mention taking days off. Although you are granted a few days here and there, since most stores are short staffed you have no freedom or life, only work. Management at the district, zone, and corporate level micromanage everything, so get ready to walk on eggshells all day long. The list goes on, but in short pay is mediocre at best, long hours, no work/life balance (and the company could careless about their employees), and pay is only good to cover the bills, not the headache you'll get working here.
