      Pros

      Good Dental, Optical, and Health benefits. They pay for your ASE tests.

      Cons

      Long 50+ hour weeks As a flag rate tech your not making as much as you think you are. Pay/ getting jobs based on how well you can manipulate the politics. Poor communication and treatment of lower personnel. Lunch brakes are almost unheard of.
