Pros
Benefits & Disocunts are the only pros.
Cons
Lots of promises, no delivery. Be prepared to work a minimum of 45 hours a week on your feet with no chairs on concrete, typically no breaks either. 630am-730pm daily sometimes. Barely any PTO, and when you have any you can't take it because you have no help for stores. No Saturdays off 630am to 630pm every Sat. Poor pay for the amount of work you do, every store is different but all are toxic environments. Be prepared to slave at stores trying to get as many cars as possible with very little help, say YES to everything but can't deliver on times/quality to customers. All while taking care of inventory, paperwork, deliveries, orders, sales, returns and the garage/mechanics. Understaffed is an understatement, high turnover and call out rates. Stores operate with 1 person at times and have people bouncing around. No one wants to work at this company and it shows!!
