-constantly being reamed on a daily (often several times daily- 10am, 2pm, 4pm-not exaggerating) by district management and store management about sales numbers. -Micromanaging to the nth degree -overall lack of respect by district staff -lack of professionalism by many technicians/associates -only concerned w/ customers (as long as it affects bottom line of course) and none for employees; expected to cater to ridiculous customer demands at expense of personal bonus, not even pretending to hear employee's side of story regarding customer complaints -constant overriding of store mngmt. decisions by district staff
