Pros
There are several locations so transferring is always a possibility when required and there is opportunity for advancement. The training programs for retail personnel are some of the more extensive I have experienced. Income potential is good for anyone who can move up to store manager or beyond.
Cons
Advancement is all about the numbers and much less about the service which leads to dishonest and deceptive sales tactics both between the salespeople and the customers and between salespeople themselves. Several upper management personnel seem to lack proper business etiquette and social skills (most likely related to the previous statement of being promoted for sales alone and not for service). Starting pay is a bit on the low side for anyone with more than a few years of retail experience and/or a college degree.
