Pros
The company is all about taking care of the customer. The automotive repair business has a bad reputation, so this is something to be proud of. Their vision to be the most admired customer service companies is very appealing. For a store manager, the pay is awesome, but it will also depend on the volume your store does.
Cons
While they put customers first, the employees are not. Those on salary are worked long hours, and the stores are usually understaffed to maximize profits. This can hinder the stores abilities to keep customers happy, thus reducing profits. Things seem backwards in that sense.
