Cons

Everything... Especially the senior guys they absolutely have no idea about leadership but yes you can have them talk about it for hours... The EVP uses abusive language on the floor, on calls... Everywhere. FADV is ANTI women

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Cons

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
