Micromanagers- I have never seen VPs wearing slippers to work and interfering in every operational decision ever in my life; I saw one for the first time in FADV. Very unprofessional and unfriendly senior management, who don't treat each other with respect. Empowerment of HR: the HR team should be empowered to take decisions. Unfortunately as if now, the senior managements decisions supercedes the HR policy. Transport: horrible! It's the first time I got to see transport admins refuse to have a single pickup scheduled as it was not sent 4 days in advance!

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Cons

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
