Pros

Good people who are doing what they can with the few resources they have to support their customer. The company is good overall for work/life balance as long as you are getting your work done.

Cons

Very sad story. LexisNexis Screening Solutions and First Advantage were once both great companies who took care of their customers and employees. With both now combined and owned by private equity neither the customer or the employee are taken care of anymore only the Private Equity Group is. Service levels and quality have deteriorated to the lowest levels ever due mostly to the movement of almost all support to India. The India teams are not trained well and have very high turnover so no consistency whatsoever. There has also been high turnover in the US of long term key employees to take the company forward due to all of the chaos along with cost cutting of many key benefits that management had committed to prior around bonuses, annual raises and 401K and then pulled back on after further review.

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Cons

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
