Pto program is outstanding, most of the Managers,( at least in background screening operations)..seem fair and nice to work with, No weekend work, Good life work balance,...not much micromanagement..The new CEO Andy Macdonald seems like a real nice and smart man. Company corporat in very good location in the Center of the beautiful Tampa Bay region pretty much..
Cons
Wasteful spending in some departments- some people seem like they do nothing, fool around talking and walk around all day with taking 10 breaks and get away with it! And that type of behavior for the low pay hereis contagious. Very Low Compenation its almost 2012- $10-12 hour entry level in most positions. Most jobs are 10 or 11! 12 is the very high end. Health Benefits subpar for the low wages they provide. People get away with taking too much days off with no notice. Production guidelines in some departments are very subjective and confusing and this also goes with the types of errors they are looking for. Training in some departments can be subpar..
