Pros

Latest technologies, plenty of work, good computers with dual monitors, flexible hours, remote access, good location with easy access off Hwy 26

Cons

(Beaverton, OR) Most of the senior management is "homegrown". They do not bring outside experience to the organization which equates to on-the-job training with disappointing results. Rather than leaning on managers who do have outside experience to carry out vision/charter, senior mgmt tends to micro manage. Politics overshadow communication, honesty and respect. "Gray" is the favored color for everything which means managers never really know where they stand. Open and honest communication is encouraged but when followed, bonuses are affected. Performance is not rewarded, and no objective criteria are used for determining bonuses – they are completely subjective based on mgmt s personal view of the staff. Top talent cannot be retained and the buzz amongst recruiting agencies is not to submit high-end employees. It is unfortunate because the company has great potential to be very successful. However, until the senior management is replaced with truly experienced personnel, it will continue to struggle and possibly implode. Top clients will realize the risk and pull their business as well they should because current senior mgmt is playing way outside their league.
