HR is asking people to submit Glassdoor reviews to entice new hires - Assistant Vice President First Allied Securities Employee Review

I love the people I work with in multiple departments. We always do the right thing regardless of how difficult it may be. Management has a great vision for the company and a great culture of taking care of its people.

You will never be looking for work to do. We are busy.

This company has a great culture and they make everyone feel like a very important asset to the organization. They’ve built a great process of onboarding new employees and you feel like you have the tools and resources to be successful right from the very beginning. The experience felt very personalized and comprehensive. It’s amazing how many other organizations fall short in this regard – not First Allied. The Executive Management team has an open door policy that allows you the opportunity to be heard. It’s extremely unique and a benefit I have not experience with any of my previous employers. If you have opinions and ideas, or simply want your voice to be heard, you will have plenty of opportunities. Work-Life Balance seems to be a priority. The people here are fantastic! The downtown San Diego location and the First Allied Offices are absolutely beautiful.
